Welcome to the landing page for BBQ Rescue 1. BBQ Rescue 1 is the food truck operated by LEBB, LLC dba Jarhead BBQ. It's a 2004 Freightliner M2 Business Class truck that started its life serving as an ambulance in Norfolk, VA. BBQ Rescue 1 was formerly Medic 01 with the Norfolk Fire Department and operated out of their Headquarters Station #1 at 450 St. Paul's Blvd. We have reached out the the Norfolk Fire Department requesting some more information on the history of the truck which we will share with our customers. BBQ Rescue 1 served this community as Medic 01 and continues serving today. We have dedicated the truck to our Service Members and First Responders.
